To proceed with the identity verification, please prepare your documents before getting started: Phone number: Please provide a valid phone number that can receive SMS. Passport: Please provide a valid passport; your application may be rejected if you use an identity card, driving license, or other documents. You will need to complete the following steps (the application will take approximately 5 minutes to complete): Upload your passport photo page. Conduct a face liveness test on your mobile or desktop using the camera. Answer the questionnaire.

With its innovative features, it ensures that users can manage shared funds with confidence and ease. Note: To use Joint Wallet, users must first have an Individual Wallet. Designed for collaboration, Joint Wallet allows multiple users to access and manage shared accounts seamlessly. Each member can participate in transactions, making it ideal for families, friends, or organizations. With customizable governance settings, users can define roles and permissions within the wallet. This flexibility allows for tailored management structures that suit the needs of any group.

If you own cryptocurrency on another platform or wallet, you can transfer them to your ABCC+ Wallet for trading, or spend your crypto holdings with our suite of services. How to deposit crypto on the ABCC+ app? 1. Log in to your ABCC+ app and tap [Receive]. 2. Choose [Deposit Chain] for example [ Binance ] 3. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, for example, USDT. 4. You’ll see the available networks for depositing USDT. Please choose carefully and make sure that the selected network is the same as the network of the platform you are withdrawing funds from. If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered. 5. You’ll see a QR code and the deposit address for the network you chose. Tap the copy icon to copy the deposit address, then paste it to the address field on the platform you intend to withdraw crypto from. You may also tap [Save and Share Address] to save the QR code and import it to the withdrawing platform directly. 6. After confirming the deposit request, your transfer will be processed. The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain and its current network traffic. Once confirmed, the funds will be credited to your ABCC+ account shortly after.
ABCC+ support 2 ways, On-chain and Wallet to wallet, for you to withdraw. How to do On-chain withdraw crypto on the ABCC+ app? 1. Log in to your ABCC+ app and tap [Send]. 2. Choose the chain and cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, for example, BINANCE USDT. 3. Paste the address you want to receive token Please choose the network carefully and make sure that the selected network is the same as the network of the platform you are withdrawing funds to. If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and couldn’t be recovered. How to choose a network? Some of the common networks include: BEP20: BNB Smart Chain (BSC); ERC20: Ethereum network; TRC20: TRON network; The network selection depends on the options provided by the external wallet/exchange that you are making the withdrawal. If the external platform only supports ERC20, you must select the ERC20 deposit network. DO NOT select the cheapest fee option. Select the one that is compatible with the external platform. For example, you can only send ERC20 tokens to another ERC20 address, and you can only send BSC tokens to another BSC address. If you select incompatible/different deposit networks, you will lose your funds. You should also confirm that the receiving platform supports the contract address of the token you’re withdrawing, or your assets might be lost and cannot be recovered. You can check the list of supported contract addresses from the respective platform. 4. Enter the withdrawal amount and you will see the corresponding transaction fee and the final amount you will send out. You can also select which wallet to withdraw from under [Send From]. Tap [Withdraw] to proceed. 5. You'll be prompted to confirm the transaction again. Please check the withdrawal address and network carefully before tapping [Confirm]. If you enter the wrong information or select the wrong network when making a transfer, your assets will be permanently lost. Please make sure the information is correct before you confirm the transaction. 6. Verify the transaction with your passkey or 2FA devices. After confirming the withdrawal request, please wait patiently for the transfer to be processed.
Network fees, also known as gas fees, are certain amounts of cryptocurrency you need to pay to complete a transaction on a blockchain. You can think of it like a service charge or a delivery fee, which is used to facilitate your transactions to the destination on the blockchain. You need to pay a network fee every time you make a transaction on the blockchain. This includes activities like sending tokens to another person via On-chain Withdraw, swapping tokens.
